“Early June our adult daughter approached us about the possibility of helping them purchase a condo at Puuone Towers. Our family went to Greg Lussier about the prospect of using the equity in our home to assist the kids. We asked Greg if he knew a realtor and he recommended Gloria Ezera, Fine Island Properties.
So we reached out and contacted Gloria, she met the family in her office and went over the various paper work, timeline, her roles and the many questions we had as first time buyers in many years. She showed us several properties at Puuone Tower. WE chose #310, and the process began.
She walked along side us as we began the journey to home owners for our young adult family. Gloria was always quick to respond to our questions whether thru email, texting or phone messages. She made time on several occasions to meet us at the condo: so we could relook at various items, or measure rooms, check on electrical…plumbing…window fixtures…. If Gloria did not know an answer to one of our questions or if we found things that were incorrect. She would seek and find the answer for us or correct errors.
After 45 days, on August 1st we became the proud owner of #310 with keys in hand and ready for the remolding.

“Gloria is amazing! We’re so happy to have worked with her and to know her! I saw a home we loved while browsing the real estate website and literally the day after contacting Gloria we were viewing the home. When we actually walked into the home I knew, I had to buy this home and I told Gloria “we love this home, we want to buy it!” She said “okay, we need to move quickly!” The next day we were putting in a bid and we were able to outbid another buyer! Gloria helped us through the entire process even accommodating us to have contractors look at the place before we even officially owned it. Gloria also was very meticulous during the entire buy process, there was a point when the seller was trying to get a bit more money out of us but Gloria had built in protections in how she wrote up our counter offer and we didn’t have to go up anymore. So, not only were we in the process of buying but at the same time Gloria was helping us to sell our old place! It was crazy but Gloria helped us so much, even setting up a cleaner and plumber where needed. She definitely went above and beyond the call of duty, even answering our texts late at night to ensure everything went smoothly. We couldn’t be happier with our home purchase and sale, which we got more than we wanted! I would and do highly recommend Gloria as your realtor.
